I gave it 2 stars because I'm too good to give it 1. I just bought this car and received it yesterday. I made my first cup of coffee and am totally disappointed with this product. I had to use 2,000 cups to brew just half a cup of coffee. 6 oz coffee from two 14 oz water infusions. I understand this is a cheaper coffee maker, but at least give me a full "cup" with a k-cup. Give it another chance after speaking/emailing tech support and I will double check this review or send the unit back. TO EDIT! I gave it 3 stars after giving it 1 more chance. I chose the K brand universal mug instead of the Dunkin Donuts. This gave me a full cup of coffee. Therefore, this model cannot use more expensive brands. I can keep experimenting.
