I use this brace to stabilize my ankle after an Achilles tendon injury. Learning how to wrap it is a little tricky but once I figured it out I really appreciated how well it works. It can be wrapped looser or tighter as needed and the Velcro closure keeps it secure. It's similar to the old-fashioned Ace Wrap and metal clip, but is easier to use because the strap that wraps around the leg first helps keep the beginning of the wrap in place. I am very satisfied with the product and can recommend it to everyone without reservation.
