This item is very handy to put all your meals in one go. I am a nurse so I need Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the day at work. It has been sturdy so far with no breaks, cracks or leaks. I do not need the meals to be cold or hot throughout the day so I haven't tested this out since I have a refrigerator and microwave at work. You can not microwave inside the metal container but I am not bothered by this. It is light and seems like it would not hold up to a lot of wear and tear. The clipping mechanisms are very light plastic and if you are thoughtless, you will break it. They also need to be aligned properly to close and this might be too fussy for some people. I am happy.
