Good quality but too small
I bought these for my 9 months based on the measurements in the size chart.
They should be 12-18 months long, size 3. They are too small, I can't even fit my heel in them.
- I love the overall look and it fits my granddaughter's feet perfectly.
- Boots can be difficult to put on and take off, which is frustrating for parents.
