Very fast delivery. I placed an order at night and received it the next morning. The items came together in two separate boxes sealed in plastic to prevent anything getting inside. I changed the filter after receiving four packs. It's easy to replace. I took the product out of the packaging, removed the seal/sticker from the surface of the filter, connected it to the fridge and that was it. DRAIN AT LEAST A FEW GALLONS OF WATER. The new filter works very well these days. The price is cheaper than GE filters and it works. I couldn't tell any difference in the filter. It's on my list of items to buy again!
