Update: I was very disappointed when Revane said my only option was to return the glasses and get a refund. Well today the seller got back to me and sent a replacement! I'm so happy! My current set has been used daily for the last 13 years and is in great condition, only tarnished and dulled over the years, I'm sure like any other glass it needs proper care and handling. one is broken. Instead of sending a replacement I was told my only option was to send them back for a refund! I didn't want to send it back, I just wanted to replace the broken one
