First of all I would like to point out that this product was well packaged and I did not find any rough edges on any of the parts. is 2.25 inches tall (it's not mentioned anywhere on the product page) so I expect the monitors to be 26.3 inches and 24 inches respectively. (measured to center of VESA mount) was 24" x 22.25" (not 26.3" as stated in description and photos). For reference, my monitors weigh 10.8 lbs and 7.5 respectively lbs for the top and bottom monitors).For me, this drop in height is particularly annoying as that 2" places the monitor too low to use standing (the main reason it was bought). Since It's only been discontinued a few days I'm still debating if it's worth using to stand or if I need to return it to see if there's a better hand UPDATE: I have ErGear customer support contacted through Revain and received the following response with no offer to fix my error Downgraded to 1 star because they confirmed they had misrepresented their product with no apologies: Thank you for writing this email to us! Our engineer measured the mounting height and found that the ta Actual max. height is approximately 24 inches (measured from the tabletop to the center of the Vesa). There is no problem with what you received. We will update the specification on our product page and hope all our customers will make their choice based on the latest information.
