I highly recommend this hanging bench. It is very durable. The wood is beautiful and looks somewhat aged. It looks high quality. It was easy to assemble. Simply screw tight with the Allen key provided. Work at a slow pace lasted 30-45 minutes. The instructions are just pictures but they are very easy to understand. Each set of gear is in a box with the appropriate letter. It was very easy to find everything. I recommend attaching the vertical bars to the bench and then attaching the top of the hanger to the bottom of the bars after attaching the bottom of the vertical bars to the bench. This worked much better for me.
