Review on Pinnacle Enterprise by David Boone

The user interface was easy to navigate through when I first started using it so that's always good! Easy access in regards to customer service & support as well which makes things easier overall (especially if you are not tech savy).

Customer Support can be slow at times but we were able do get assistance whenever needed with no issues or wait time once called into our office/support team about an issue - usually within minutes they would have my account info ready to go along wtih their response via email back regarding any action taken by them upon receipt from me. We use this product mostly internally however there may come cases where external customers will utilize certain aspects such as invoicing etc., This program has been very helpful over these years since its implementation due mainly because it does what i need most efficiently without requiring additional resources nor extra training other than setting up some initial screens myself after installation.
