Troubleshooting suitable for accessories and consumables
I have an old Lenovo computer that I use to cache software updates and record OTA (over the air) videos. He's sitting in a hole in the wall (literally) in the hallway upstairs. The problem was that I always had to connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse for it to boot. It will not start without a connected display. Problem solved. Now he only has two cables: Ethernet and power. I use "No Machine" to remotely control my Linux OS and I can select any resolution from 640x480 to 3840x2160 (it has Nvidia graphics card).
