Zero instructions and the "chip" is installed with no direction as to where it goes. My locksmith had to find out. There's no reason to keep it in a separate bag. The quality is good, the buttons work once you figure out where the chip goes. Update 8/18 the key is no longer recognized by the car and does not start. I reprogrammed with two working keys, it worked last night but not this morning and now I will not program. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want your wife stranded with a broken key.
