They are very knowledgeable in their field which made it easy to get answers for my questions or concerns when I needed them! The best part was how fast they got back with me as soon as I sent an email through customer service.

Nothing really but we were able to resolve any issues right away and quickly moved forward without further issue. Have not had anything come up since working with this organization so far however there have been no complaints from others either. We use harbor compliance because it has helped us keep track of all our donations within one place instead having multiple places where you would need to check if your donation qualified under different tax codes.
