Looks good, stone fell out on second wear

I was thrilled when I received them and they look good - nice gold colour, nice stones and the clasps work well. I use the past tense because the second time I put it on, one of the stones fell out while washing my hands in a public restroom and rolled down the drain. Now I don't need earrings and I'm sad. I'd be willing to fix it, but I wouldn't stick my fingers in the sink of a public restroom. They weren't expensive, but I didn't even have time to wear them twice.
