We still had one from Amazon and it didn't work either. It was one of the ones you put on the bars between the headrests. Our kid kicked it all the time and in the end I just took it off. it is much easier to use. It wraps around the headrest and you have another piece that goes around the device and simply attaches with Velcro. So much easier to use and easy to take off when what your child sees is finished and you need to change it, or when something happens and you need to grab it real quick. I can fully recommend this product. We use a 10" Amazon Fire Kids tablet in a case and it fits great.
