Review on ROMAN 902301C Wallpaper Remover Scoring Tool with 4 Steel Blades - Blue by Major Genesis

This is a cheap plastic thing that sounds like nails on a board when in use. But it did help me remove some of the stickiest wallpaper from my unprimed drywall. This paper had been there for 25 years and was apparently going to be stuck for another 25 years. :) My method was simple - sweep the thing over a large area of wallpaper and then mist it with water. Run your hand over it to push the water into the holes. Leave to act for a few minutes, then rub down with a wallpaper steam cleaner (Wagner Spraytech 0282036 715). Scratch the paper with the RIGHT tool (Warner 5-in-1 Paint Multitool 2.25 inch) - I used the wrong tool (with a wide razor blade) for about half the space and it was a nightmare. Using this tool as the first step and the Wagner scraper as the final step made wallpaper removal a breeze. Too bad I didn't add these 2 tools to my seventh and final wallpaper removal room. A NOTICE. The blades of this tool will dull with repeated use. You'll probably only make 1 or 2 rooms and then you'll have to replace them.
