This is perfect for people like me with carpal tunnel; The pen saves lives in the car. Keeps drinks hot or cold longer than any other mug I've ever had. It takes a bit of practice to align the lid correctly, but it didn't take me long to figure it out. I ordered 2 x 16 ounces. and 2 24 ounces. And my husband and I love them.
