I like that it is very easy to use for both me and my customers, there are many different types of templates available and they can be customized to fit any need we have. It sometimes takes awhile to get used to all of the features but once you do everything works smoothly and quickly! We've been using this software since its initial release in 2010 and we love how much easier it has made our job as administrators/customer service reps. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it does not offer an option for multiple users within one account (we would prefer if each user could log into their own separate accounts). This helps us keep track of customer requests better than having them logged under one account. Our main benefit with IDoit was keeping track of customer issues. Now when a request comes through in the system or from emailing support tickets, we know exactly who needs what information.
