Balloons Failed to Impress at Engagement Party
As my tests showed, these balloons were mediocre at best .The only good thing about them was that they were white, which matched the overall color scheme of the party. However, they were difficult to inflate and several of them popped before we even got them fully blown up. We ended up having to use other decorations to make up for these lackluster balloons..
