NOT 88x88.A 80x80. And that was before the first wash. I don't mind the width too much, but it's silly to try to make the bed. The duvet simply covers the top of the mattress from top to bottom. There is no curtain on the edge of the mattress. I'm only 5 feet 4 inches tall. When I sleep, I wrap the blanket around my neck to cover my shoulders. When I sleep like usual, this stupid thing barely covers my legs. Absolutely ridiculous. On the plus side, they're very soft. Not too hot. Very fluffy but not too heavy. .If it was 88 darn inches long I would give it five stars.Very disappointing purchase.
