Before I say anything I would like to say that I was impressed with the quality of the product. It's very durable, the clamp is very strong, and the light is amazing. However, with my first device, the bracket to which the webcam had to be screwed was broken from the box (left bracket in the photo). I contacted live chat and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement. It came today (right photo) and lo and behold, it has exactly the same problem. Extremely dissatisfied. I would definitely buy this item based on the quality of the rest but you are at your own risk with the quality of the actual mount that comes with this one. Revain cannot ship a replacement part so unfortunately both are being returned and I will be purchasing a solution elsewhere.
