We bought a set of 4 blue 16oz and one of these was chipped when we received it. Therefore 4 stars versus 5 stars. We also broke two of these that fell on the floor or were knocked over (ceramic tile and oak floor - one survived a fall onto oak floor - second time didn't). The height also takes some getting used to. We have ordered 4 more granites and they have arrived in good condition and we have not broken or dropped any yet. My wife and I love these mugs! They look great and keep coffee and tea hot. They are heavy and some may find them heavy.
