We bought a set of 4 blue 16oz and one of these was chipped when we received it. Therefore 4 stars versus 5 stars. We also broke two of these that fell on the floor or were knocked over (ceramic tile and oak floor - one survived a fall onto oak floor - second time didn't). Fantastic. Slightly taller than I expected but a good 16 ounces when you exit the "go" or foam room. If you take a regular mug (office room style) and add extra space as height, this is what you get. They retain heat fairly well (note: they're also the same outside temp, so DO NOT pick them up with hot tea/coffee/cocoa other than by the handle) and they're heavy.
