I've been having pain in my left ankle due to my recent bad "bone breaking" habits. This ankle brace is a great pain reliever for my ankle in addition to the pain relief lotion I take. I wear it pretty comfortably. It also gives me a smooth and soft touch on my sore ankle as described. Also, I can use the adjustable strap to increase the support for my sore ankle as needed or needed. The instruction manual shows how easy it is to use the adjustable strap. I can still move freely when doing my exercise routine at home with no issues with this ankle brace. For these reasons, I may buy it again to keep as a spare or to give to my relative.
