Great but it doesn't come with a pillowcase so I sleep on a sheet. Works great to align my body and relieve back pain. I ordered this after trying the soft back and stomach pillow and wasn't happy. It's a lot more than it looks in the picture. I have a large double bed and my husband Barley has a bunk bed. I'm 20 weeks, so the hump isn't big yet. This pillow is adjustable in the middle with a strong velcro. As my belly grows and I push the pillows further apart, I wonder if my husband will have bed space. This part isn't great, but sleep and comfort during pregnancy are so necessary. You could put a bedside table by the bed to hang a pillow and give your significant other more space. For me it would be worth it because I sleep MUCH better with it! Much luck
