We used to have a Nerf N Strike Elite Strongarm Blaster, but it often jammed because the opening barrel wasn't always perfectly aligned. This new disruptor model has a solid barrel and no jamming problem. There is plenty of room to load darts so it is actually faster and easier to load compared to the Strongarm model. This disruptor model is available in green and blue. From experience I can say that Elite darts are safe - during a year's fight I was shot directly in the eye, and although it hurt for a few minutes, it did not affect my vision. Always wear safety goggles as in 3D it is uncomfortable to see an arrow flying in your eye. Especially for children. It is definitely the funniest toy when our kids visit their friends. I bought a few more disruptors so a large group of kids could join the fight (good thing they're so cheap). Here's a video showing the pop fire feature when the trigger is pulled.
