I bought this to use on an old Jenny Lind bed that was gifted to me. Remembering the bedroom on the farm where the bed spent most of its life, with beautiful chenille bedspreads and summer quilts, I wanted to find something similar in appearance. I saw it and was sure it would give me that old world charm and it totally lived up to my expectations! There was a tiny dark gray stain, probably from the sewing machines that sewed the quilt, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Luckily the stain is only visible on one side and maybe some cleaning product can remove it, but it wasn't big enough to bring the bedspread back. I just love it.
