powering my blackvue dr-750s dashcam. I use a single camera but haven't tried a dual camera yet. A problem I found when trying to update the firmware. The camera did not restart while copying the file. Most likely more than 0.8 amps will be needed to upgrade the camera, which this converter can't do. To update the firmware, I connected my camera directly to the carport. Update: I use both cameras now, they work fine in drive and park mode. This supports the ideal use case for me as I take a short trip to the Park and Ride every day. I only use 2 portable 2000mah batteries; One powers the camera while the other charges. The camera can work a whole day while consuming about 60% of the battery.
