Arrived very dirty and scratched.
I have no idea how this blender works. I didn't even take it completely out of the box! I started but it was covered in fine dirt and the clear plastic cover was scratched! I tried cleaning the lid, thinking maybe it was just dirt making it look scratched, but that didn't work. So there was NO reason to take it out of the box. If it had been shipped in a different box it might not have gotten so dirty. i have to return it
