Review on Litever Lighting Flexible Workshop 4 Strip 2700K by Chad Aguirre

I don't usually write reviews but due to a problem I'm having I will. Replace old thick LED filaments with this product. It was a fairly simple process and the bonus was that you can do it in parts and sections as needed. My cabinets are not seamless and my previous rope LED had to go all the way around awkward corners and the LEDs were visible around every cabinet transition going to the bottom of the cabinet and back. i hated it So I chose this product. This allowed me to place the LED filaments under the cabinets and avoid the slight ripple effect of my previous rope version; The connections of these cables are small and thin. The glue seems to stick pretty well and the light is bright white so I can see when I'm cooking. Unfortunately, after installing everything, I plugged in the power supply and nothing worked. It flared up for a hot second and went out. I was very disappointed after installing it the way I wanted it. I contacted the company and without insisting on a replacement they sent me an additional and full replacement product with no questions asked and no problems. It arrived in 2 days and the adapter works. The lights are awesome and work great. Your support has been amazing! It is easy to work with and easy to install. quality product. 5 stars for good customer service when I had a problem.
