Review on 🌈 16.4ft RGB LED Strip Lights with Remote Controller and Strong Adhesive Tape – Color Changing Tape Light with Fixing Clips for Bedroom, Room, Kitchen, Bar by Kurt Manning

I'm currently only using the controller for a do-it-yourself TV ambient lighting project as I've already had a few lights that come with delivered to another controller. I love that this package includes the right angle connectors needed to fully customize the TV's lighting. I bought this controller to replace the Wi-Fi based controller I already had. For those interested in using this controller at home, it is a Bluetooth low energy device that offers a service with a feature. Setting the characteristic value to 0x04 turns off the device, and 0x03 followed by bytes for RGB turns on the controller and sets the color. The brightness adjustment on the remote works independently of the color set via Bluetooth, although there's likely a way to control this as well. I'm using this with a Raspberry Pi to match the color of the lighting to the color of the screen. I haven't fully tested the light strip myself but it seems quite bright and has an adhesive backing which is nice. It doesn't have the protective rubber-plastic coating on the LED side that some strips have, but that would make it easier to install the connectors. Also, unlike the other strips, both ends have several inches of wire between the connector and the bulbs, allowing for greater installation flexibility.
