The customer service is amazing! I mean it's just an all around great experience from start to finish. Their support team is always willing to help you out. They are very knowledgeable and can answer any question you have about their products. I love that they give you options when signing up for your server. You can pick between the different plans and what features you want. It's definitely a good thing. Nothing really but I guess you would have to do some research on what you're looking for in a hosting plan. If you need someone who knows their stuff and has lots of knowledge about servers, this is the place for you. I use them as my web host for my sites.
