Turns off when in use even when fully charged

The inserts are really good and if you can get it to work properly it works great but the biggest problem is that it turns itself off during often turns off during use, even when fully charged. At first I thought the button kept pressing on my finger and then I made sure it wasn't spinning in my hand at all and was still repeatedly popping off on its own. It's safe to say I'm looking for a better rotary tool.
