Compared to some black dampers I have. They are a bit more flexible/not as rigid. Thickness wise, I set my calipers at 1.5mm and the black dampers were always snug, while they were snug or thinner and dangled loosely in the jaws. The fit to the diameter of the MX Cherry keycaps is good and tight. No problem. I have MX Cherry Blue switches so I wanted to muffle the sound just a bit to minimize motion loss. They work very well with that. Based on the specs I've read about red shocks, they offer the same reduction in travel (0.2mm) if not more as they appear to be softer rubber. There is a noticeable difference between the black o-rings and those translucent backlit o-rings. It's a much better improvement and to the point where I can hardly tell the difference anymore. The quality of the keycap remover is pretty much what you would expect at this price point, but it works well and doesn't have much in it, so I don't see any reason why it won't last long. Plastic container for storage 3 "x2".
