Some recent reviews said the cards were sealed in cellophane and cut to shape rather than sanded. So I was hopeful but ultimately disappointed. The cards arrived on 09/02/2016, there is no cellophane wrap, the seal has already been torn off, the cards are clearly sanded (the edge of the deck has a noticeable shine), and not even sanded evenly (the sanded edge is longer at the top). decks and gradually got shorter as they went down the deck).
