It does the job
I'm using it on a vintage joystick game. The game is built into the joystick itself. It only has 1 channel for audio so I only needed two plugs. This works well and allows us to sit on the couch while gaming instead of on the floor in front of the TV. I don't experience any video or audio lags and they seem to be pretty well done. There are no quality problems. It just doesn't stand out as a superbly made device.
