Good news: Revain shipped the topper in a large box. I've been wondering why there was one box from the manufacturer, then another box, then a third much larger box. When I opened the order I saw a large defect on the top of the lid. Revan promptly sent a replacement. However, it was very difficult to return the topper in the manufacturer's packaging. Thank goodness a large box had to be returned otherwise there would definitely be problems with the delivery. The second topper had a seam tear. I decided to sew it myself and keep the topper for myself. I have a problem with the manufacturer. Two of the two toppers had defects. Why is there no examiner for this product? As for the topper, it's great. I have a VERY firm mattress and the mattress topper is comfortable, provides adequate lumbar support, and makes the mattress usable. I look forward to going to sleep at night.
