Review on TCS Omnistore by Randy Albright

I like its integration capability with all major ERP system, it helps in managing orders from all over India without any trouble or hassle. Its UI/UX user interface needs improvement for better experience while using this software product, otherwise best tool available till date! Nothing much yet but we are exploring few new ideas which might help us improve our overall operations management. Integration capabilities, inventory reconciliation & tracking features have helped me so far when working out my business plan since these aspects play critical role every time. The omnichannel experience for our business has been improved by this software, allowing us to offer more options in terms of payment methods (both online and offline). We can also use it for marketing purposes. Although we are not using all its features yet, so far I have no complaints. Easy installation process, intuitive dashboard, good support team. Nothing really. This product allows us to improve our omni-channel experience.
