The best thing about ESG is they are very thorough in all aspects of your needs. They know what you need, when you need it, how much work will be involved, who can help with certain tasks or projects, etc. There's nothing I dislike at this point! If there was anything negative I could say, it would have been that we had some communication issues initially (and still sometimes). However once those were resolved everything has run smoothly. It took us only 2 months from first meeting until our website launched. We're now up + running and getting results.
