Bought this set for our office and the product is exactly as described. Both palm rests (mouse pad and keyboard) are comfortable and provide adequate ergonomic support. The memory foam compresses slightly to contour wrists, but not to the point where the material is completely flat. When not in use, the material remains uncompressed (no lumps or permanent dents). Apart from the ergonomic function, the material of the mouse pad allows the mouse to be tracked well. Overall, this wrist rest combo set is a great value compared to other "famous brands".
