Great kitchen scale and nice that it has bowls to measure and store the scale to keep it clean and safe. It has a small area but fulfills the work on a large scale. Measures in 0.01 gram increments which is very good and perfect for us as we mainly use it to measure loose tea for brewing. We also have an American scale for weighing, which is also high quality, but only measures in 0.1 increments. Please note that you must remove the scale from the larger measuring funnel it is in and you must either remove it or turn it over. and (after taring) use the smaller plastic container on top of the scale for the most accurate results. It's not a problem, but it took us a minute to realize that it matters. No calibration weight is supplied. So if you think you'll need one in the future, you might want to grab one at the same time.
