Dramatic Eyes best in Makeup Brushes & Tools
Ideal for evening wear or special occasions. They are definitely fuller and more noticeable than what I'm used to. Only thing is the first pair I put on makes my eyes itch. I'm not sure if it was lashes or not so I gave it four stars. The itching stopped after I removed my eyelashes. Another wiped with hydrogen peroxide before dressing.
