Thanks to Echogear for solving the problem with Samsung. Great facilities! At first it seemed excessive to me to buy all this hardware for the 4 screws that Samsung says we need, but as it turns out our new Samsung TV requires 2 different sized Vesa screws (not listed in the instructions), to mount the TV to our existing one. If it weren't for the variety of sizes, we'd be back on the hunt. They should make a deal with Costco as I've personally seen hundreds of these TVs go bust there. And no hardware was found locally. There should be many people in a search.
