The shoes didn't fit my son in the heel area and he wears a size 6 but a size 7 fits small

I liked the product but it didn't fit as intended but it feels like you need to go a size larger than what you are already wearing and I have and it always fits my son not yet but the shoes fine except they didn't fit me like I thought they would.
