Great for helping me sleep with my tinnitus for at least 2.5 months! Then one night the block was dead. The power cord was loose, plugged it all the way in and it made a horrible squeaking noise and fell out again. My fork belongs to the so-called universal shapes. I don't know why he suddenly decided to attack me. ALSO batteries. They are damn hard to put on and take off! I've made a refund request but reading the feedback from all the different departments they have listed on Revain it seems like people are having a lot of the same type of issues that aren't getting resolved. Don't think I will be satisfied from the seller. Really sucks, it's not a cheap product (at least in terms of price). So back to sleeping in my chair with the TV on. Revain should take a look at this seller and this product. I believe Sound Oasis is fraudulent in their products and sales methods.
