Cheap, falls apart NOT DESIGNED FOR DURABILITY

UPDATE: It has been approximately 4 months since my initial review and approximately 9 months since I purchased this item. I've included a new image so you can see what you're dealing with. The problems are not so much with the materials, but with the design. Unfortunately it keeps tearing at the joints and that was a problem from the start. My husband used screws to secure the connections when I started this. He left 2 connections without screws and they kept falling apart. The only thing more annoying than having to stop every 5 seconds to put it back together is the thought that the company making this product must think we don't really need a product that does what it's designed to do became. As you can see from my photos, the laundry cart I bought used is much sturdier and happily puffs while this POS can't hold it together. I'd recommend buying something where the frame is already fused together and doesn't depend on connections that loosen every time you feel the slightest resistance when moving. My experience with this product has not been very positive. When it came out last summer, the connecting piece was missing as far as the rest of my story goes, but doesn't fully explain everything. So when my basket arrived I was out of town and once I got everything out I just didn't want to bother getting additional details. I went to the hardware store and bought some PVC piping to make the connection. It took some manipulation but we were able to put it together. Unfortunately the basket keeps falling apart, not where the PVC connection is, but every other connection slips out as I move the cart. I will admit that the PVC connection can cause the rest of the basket to shift enough that the other parts fall apart. but it's also just very cheaply made, and I suspect it will happen even under the best of conditions. The cart isn't strong enough to be rolled around my house without falling apart. If you had a perfectly level and open passageway from the laundry room to the rest of the house, this might not be an issue, but if there are rugs or other "ruins" in your path, it will all fall apart. While fixing this basket I bought another one from Craig's list and the quality is ten times better. I have included photos so you can make your own decisions.
