Love this product! Been wanting one for a long time and was skeptical given the low price, but it worked great! Comes with lots of wax beads and is very easy to use! The only thing is, it was only big wax pencils, not small ones, so I used qtip when I did my eyebrows! But otherwise it worked great. No hair is left behind like with conventional waxing! You must read the instructions before use as there is a heat up time and a temperature time for wax! But everything else is ready. Easy to set up
