Cons first:I have a 12" queen mattress with a 3" quality memory foam topper total height = 15". This filled sheet BARELY goes under the edges. For it to go under the edges and not slip it would need to be a 12" mattress to fit like the pictures AND not slip. This is why I gave it 4 stars. It isn't a *true* deep pocket. True deep pockets can be measured by the top corner seam to the edge at the elastic @ 20" to fit a 15" mattress properly.Pros:Very soft and comfortable.Washes nicely, no fafing with little to no wrinkles (depends on dryer setting and if you leave in a heap before use)All stitching is well done.Good thing it's a guest bed or it would be returned. I'm going to have to use the sheet holder elastic (what a pain to put on!) But the price is worth it until I can find one that fits a 15" mattress correctly.
