Disappointed with the accessories
The cheap tool is just a large needle that doesn't allow for easy loosening of the pins to adjust. The tool bent and made it impossible to use, so now I have no way to adjust it. Most watch bands I've bought come with a larger tool that you use to put the band on and screw in the pin removal tool. I don't think this brand wants it easy.
