Strange headphones - don't fit in ears

It was a $10 pair of headphones so I wasn't expecting much but I expected them to stay in my ears. I've used all of the included ear tips and the little rubber hooks that go over the ear tips to hold them in my ears - in any combination and they just don't fit. They arrived on time and I have nothing against this seller for the product, I just can't use them.
