for this tiny bracelet. It's advertised as "adjustable" but it's actually only small. This brushed brass Hilrose bracelet is mounted on a beautiful piece of shiny cardboard with a Victorian rose design. This card is presented in a high quality white muslin jute pouch. The cuffs are very nice but if that money had been invested in a bracelet the product could have been a lot better. Without stretching, this bracelet measures 2.25 inches in an almost perfect circle. I can put it on with no problem and I wear a 7 inch bracelet. The problem is that it won't stay. It has too little tension, is too light and the starting size is too small for adults. If it were sold and used for children, it could be a hit. All in all great packaging but the bracelet needs to go back to the drawing board✨
